She then ran through the 20 goals of the course, which were broken down into 15 modules. some of the goals of the course were: To provide participants with an understanding of the various factors to consider by both the regulator and service providers in ensuring an effective oversight in the air navigation service field. Overview of the obligations of the State with respect to safety oversight, the regulatory framework of ANS and many others.

The four-day course covered so many topics like:

    • The ATM Operation Concepts (Parts 1,2 and 3)
    • Safety Oversight Audit Manual and Development of a Standard
    • Powers of enforcement of the Inspector
    • Audit Techniques and ANS Audit protocol questions and so many others.

After the course was over, the facilitators ran their evaluation which was done based on the following criteria:

    • Overall course evaluation
